# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to https://vvelorahome.shop, its shopping features, and all purchases from vvelorahome (collectively, the "Services"). YOBELY A LLC operates vvelorahome and is referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "our." By visiting the Store or submitting an order, you accept these Terms and the Store policies incorporated below.

## 1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the law where you live. A minor may use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision.

Account, billing, and delivery details must be accurate and kept current. If customer accounts are offered, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are not responsible for activity resulting from our failure to apply reasonable safeguards.

## 2. Acceptable Use of the Store

You may use the Services for lawful personal shopping and purposes we otherwise permit. You must not:

- place a fraudulent order, impersonate another person, or use payment details without authorization;
- break applicable law or infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- upload malware, disrupt the Store, bypass access controls, or test security without permission;
- use unauthorized automated methods to extract Store or customer data;
- transmit abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful content; or
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit Store content without written permission.

We may restrict activity reasonably believed to present fraud, legal, abuse, or security concerns. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer protections.

## 3. Merchandise Information

We take reasonable steps to present accurate product photographs, colors, dimensions, specifications, descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen settings can affect appearance, and normal production variation is possible. Remedies remain available for merchandise that is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not fit for a legally protected purpose.

Availability can change before acceptance, and adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may establish reasonable quantity limits by customer, account, household, address, payment method, or order to manage inventory and discourage fraud or unauthorized resale.

## 4. Pricing, Taxes, Delivery Charges, and Payment

The checkout displays the relevant currency, product price, shipping charge, and total before payment. A later price change does not affect an accepted order. Section 12 governs obvious listing mistakes.

For accepted delivery addresses, the total is intended to include applicable taxes and import duties. vvelorahome does not require the customer to pay a separate tax, customs-duty, or import-fee amount upon delivery. Standard shipping is free when the discounted order subtotal is more than US$30. If the subtotal is US$30 or less, the shipping charge is disclosed at checkout. Any optional premium service is separately identified and priced.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us and the provider to process the transaction. The provider's separate terms may apply.

## 5. Order Acceptance

An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received an order. It does not necessarily mean a contract has been formed. Acceptance takes place when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the purchase.

We may reject or cancel before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including inventory shortage, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, an unsupported address, a legal restriction, or an obvious pricing or description error. If payment was captured, it will be returned to the original method.

Review the order and address before checkout. Email asma_tavacsv@outlook.com immediately to request a correction. We will try to make the change but cannot guarantee it after fulfillment starts.

## 6. Processing and Delivery

The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Most orders require 2-3 business days for processing. After dispatch, standard shipping is estimated at 20-45 calendar days. Arrival can be affected by customs, weather, carrier capacity, public holidays, remote locations, and events outside reasonable control.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, risk in a consumer purchase transfers upon delivery to the customer or a person the customer designates. Ownership passes after full payment and delivery.

## 7. Returns and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Eligible merchandise may be returned free when the request is submitted within 30 days following delivery. After an approved refund is issued to the original payment method, it normally reaches the account within 3-7 business days, depending on the financial institution.

The separate policy explains product condition, exclusions, prepaid labels, exchanges, and remedies for faulty or incorrect goods. Nothing in these Terms waives a cancellation, conformity, or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.

## 8. Discounts and Promotions

A promotion may include additional conditions displayed with it. Unless stated otherwise, a code has no cash value, cannot be combined, and must be used before expiration. We may correct an offer issued or applied in error, but will not unfairly alter it after the related order has been accepted.

## 9. Reviews and Customer Submissions

You retain ownership of a review, photograph, feedback, or other content you submit. You grant YOBELY A LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, publish, display, and use the content to operate and promote vvelorahome. The license ends when content is removed from active systems, except for lawful backups and previously distributed materials that cannot reasonably be recalled.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the submission is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and does not reveal another person's private information or abuse anyone. We may moderate or remove content that fails these conditions.

## 10. Intellectual Property

Original Store text, photographs, graphics, layout, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to YOBELY A LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Visitors receive a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable permission to access the material for shopping. No ownership transfers.

Product names, company marks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

## 11. Shopify, Other Providers, and Links

Shopify supplies our ecommerce platform. Other companies may support payment, analytics, applications, fulfillment, or shipping. Direct use of their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites linked from the Store, although this does not exclude responsibility the law places on us for a provider acting on our behalf.

## 12. Errors and Updates

Store information may occasionally include a typographical mistake, omission, inaccurate description, incorrect price, or outdated stock status. We may update and correct it. If a material correction affects a submitted order, we will explain it and allow the customer to accept the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund. A minor error will not be used as a reason to avoid an otherwise valid accepted order.

## 13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It describes collection, use, disclosure, retention, cookies, choices, and available privacy-rights procedures.

## 14. Warranties and Store Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, website access is provided on an "as available" basis without promising uninterrupted or error-free operation. Products remain covered by their stated descriptions, express warranties, and every implied warranty or consumer guarantee required by law.

No provision waives a statutory protection or remedy that cannot be waived. Limitations apply only where enforceable.

## 15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest lawful extent, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For a contractual product claim, our aggregate liability will otherwise not exceed the amount paid for that product unless applicable law provides a greater remedy.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

## 16. Loss Caused by Prohibited Conduct

Where permitted, a user must reimburse reasonable direct loss caused by unlawful use, a material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not cover loss caused by us and does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.

## 17. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary because of a serious breach, fraud, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Terms intended to continue, including payment, ownership, liability, and dispute provisions, survive.

## 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles. A consumer retains mandatory protections under the law of the consumer's usual residence.

Before formal action, email asma_tavacsv@outlook.com with the order number and a clear description of the concern. We will attempt a good-faith informal resolution. Either party may still use a court, regulator, or consumer process available under applicable law.

## 19. General Provisions

These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement relating to Store use and purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remainder stays effective. Delayed enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it in a legitimate financing, restructuring, or sale if customer rights are preserved.

## 20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, service, or legal developments. A revised version applies prospectively after posting unless the law requires otherwise. The version in effect when an order is accepted continues to govern that purchase.
